But unfortunately everybody seems to miss out another important phase of motherhood that is post pregnancy. The post pregnancy phase is crucial for the health of both the mother and the foetus. The post pregnancies especially for the first time mothers are very challenging.   • Doing things that may seem stupid otherwise: Oh, yes! This is the time when you shamelessly enjoy doing things that you would never have done in other situation.
